All ads are activated upon completion of payment. Once you complete the form to post an ad, your posting will enter a “pending” status where it can be viewed, edited, or deleted prior to payment. After reviewing the content of your ad and making any necessary changes, you can complete payment or save your ad to be activated later.

Yes. Your ad can be modified from the (user control panel/account page?). However, individual sites may have proprietary rules regarding ad modifications that may limit if and when changes can be made to on their specific site.

Simply log in to your account and go to the view my ad section . Just click on the red X to remove you ad.

While you are creating your add, you will have the opportunity to upload photos on the create ad page. It is a simple process under the pictures section, click the browse button and import the photos from your computer. Once you have found the photo you like just hit the add button. To delete the picture just hit the X button next to the picture.

You can upload up to 6 pictures per category. Categories include Main photos, Exterior Community photos, Interior photos, Floor Plan photos, Company Logo photo, and Agent Picture photo.

We accept JPG/JPEG, GIF, or BMP files. You can upload a photo file of any size, however a file size smaller than 1 MB is recommened. If you are having problems with uploading please contact a Post1Ad representative at 1-866-627-8833.
